1. Lightly spray the molds and wipe them with a paper towel leaving very little oil.
2. Mix the Jello flavor and four sachets of gelatin over low-medium heat and a tablespoon of honey if you want extra sweetness.
3. Add 1/2 cup cold water and whisk in a saucepan.
4. Bring to a boil and heat for 5 minutes over low heat.
